Following a popular search for Afro-beat nights in Dublin, please find below few good DJ organisations, live bands and festivals/carnivals happening in and around Dublin:

1) DJs Weekly events with occasional guest singers from abroad:

– Every Saturday at Break for the Border with Rap Ireland, 10 Euros in or contact them to be on the cheap list. They will play a mix of Hip-Hop, Afro-beats, RnB , Dancehall. You can like their page on Facebook:

– Every Sunday at River Bar (Passion night club), O’Connell House Bridge (this is the ex-Q Bar), 5 Euros in. They will play a mix of Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Rn’B and Reggae. You can follow them or add them as friend on Facebook:
